Holiday is the awaited time of the year, where we can finally take a break and enjoy ourselves like we want to. But sometimes, it can also be a ‘boomerang’ period where we do not keep track on what we eat, therefore resulting to increased weight at the end of it. Now we don’t want this to happen, do we? Always plan your meals and snacks in advance so you can still stay on track with your food intake during the holiday. Find a break in the middle of your holiday treats to consume your own meals as it is the perfect way to cut back the calories.

Working up a sweat is still an important activity to do, even during your break. Exercise not only burns calories, but it will also boost your mood and lower stress level. So hop off the gym, and try a walk or run around the woods or on the beach for an alternative way to ease your mind and body.
